Participating in this reality show (much like others) requires your full commitment. You'll be required to move to Sofia, Bulgaria for the duration of the show, but we will cover your travel and housing expenses. On top of that, we've prepared a monthly salary for all participants, regardless of they win the show or not.
We're proud to accommodate you at Kitchen59. From fully furnished rooms, shared study and relax areas to a professionally equipped common kitchen with dining area. Not to mention our in-house kickass rooftop bar (POOL INCLUDED!), co-working space and learning event calendar. Wi-fi, utility bills, even monthly cleaning and linen change - it's all included! Kitchen59 will provide participants with the full package in which they succeed in StarForge and have fun while at it.
StarForge is a LIVE interactive reality esports show. This means that most of the time you'll be on camera it will be live on Twitch.TV. Expect about 5 hours of filming per day, with some day available for you to chill... every now and again.
You'll be competing to be placed in one of the show teams for half the season and then you'll be working together to secure the win. Expect to be coached by some of Europe's best and visited by some of the most popular LoL names. You'll engage in some actual league learning, but also do a bunch of fun & casual activities. Lots of gaming, lots of excitement, lots of fame... and free, mega-fast internet. What more could you want?

The show, studio and contestants will be housed in Sofia, Bulgaria for the duration of the show. Expect high-end sleeping arrangements and top-notch internet speeds aside from the limitless sight-seeing opportunities and hip nightlife (once the cameras turn off)!
Viewers will be able to vote on a variety of meaningful topics, as well as on some simply fun things. Completing Bounties, MVP picks to the longer term Community Votes the audience has real power in determining who wins the show, as they hold a large chunk of points that they could potentially award contestants. At the same time viewers also get to pick who gets to host the next solo stream, and a variety of fun votes like, champion picks, team drafts, handicaps, etc. Last but not least, is our Bounty System.
We’re developing an extention that allows viewers on Twitch to submit requests to participants in the show. Upon completion, the participants who got the job done get awarded Bits that the viewers set up as the reward! Just think of the possibilities!
Contestants are always competing between each other! Performance in games, MVP votes, Community votes, Bounty completions, 1v1s and their performance on Challenge Days all can add (or substract) from their points.

Yes! We’ll cover your travel and living expenses and you’ll be accommodated in a fancy, modern campus/hotel/restaurant/bar with a rooftop pool. It will be fun, but you need to be here for the duration of the show: 26th March, 2023 – 7th May, 2023. This is where you’ll be staying – https://kitchen59.bg/. So, yes, if you plan to participate – you’ll really live in the showbiz world for almost two months!
Don’t worry – it’s all in English! Staff, coaches, hosts and other players will be all international and also speak English. Even the venue itself is an international hub, so you wont feel a real language barrier.
We are looking to bridge the gap between casual play and Korean level, godlike esports players. We’d like to find players who are good at the game, but not quite at the pro level. We also think its great if you have some experience being in front of a camera (your own stream, perhaps!). Last, but not least, if you think you have a great story to tell, that’s also a bonus. Don’t miss your chance!
We have a full weekly schedule, but don’t let that scare you – you’ll have plenty of free time to do whatever you like, alone or together with the other contestants. Expect several hours ~5 of gaming, training, chatting, etc. in front of a camera. We’ll have tournament matches, IRL fun challenges, fun streams, etc. to name a few of the show segments. You wont be bored for sure.
We have one winner at the end of the show, based on total points collected throughout the season. There are four main ways to earn points – winning tournament games, getting audience votes and beating others in the IRL challenges and last but not least – completing viewer submitted bounties. The perfect star will be a great player, who can draw in the crowds and also have some flashy skills outside of the game too.
No! During our pilot season we wished we had scripted the drama, but it just comes naturally when you put competing players together. The only scripted things we expect you to do are things like, when to start talking, when to go in the shot, what’s okay to talk about Live, etc. To keep competitive integrity in the games we also won’t be telling you what or how to play. That’s all up to you and your coach. No scripted drama, no cringe (excluding the ‘organic’ one).
